Kelp cleaning machine

Kelp washer is made of 304 high quality stainless steel, strictly in accordance with national food export standard. The machine adopts mesh sieve plate and then conveyed by mesh belt lifting. The device rolls over the product through the air pump to surmount, the high pressure water washes, and the manipulator assists the front row and so on. The impurity water filtration cycle is used, the equipment runs smoothly, saves water sources, and greatly improves the work efficiency. Kelp washer is mainly used for desalination and cleaning of aquatic products such as kelp, laver, Chinese cabbage, sea eggplant, etc.
The structural features of the Laminaria cleaning machine:
1, the kelp cleaning machine is equipped with 4kw whirlpool air pump, through the pipe to roll the product in the water, continuous rolling to enhance the effect of cleaning, because the pump is high pressure, so the need to use pressure SUS304 pipes.
2. Due to the characteristics of the product, the kelp is soaked after water. The mucus will appear on the surface of the kelp. These mucus will wrap the silt in it. It is difficult to clean it. Therefore, high pressure water must be used to scour it so as to better achieve the cleaning effect.
3. Because of the long and slender characteristics of the kelp, the material accumulation will appear in the tank. Therefore, the belt cleaning machine needs to adopt the front of the mechanical hand auxiliary material, the manipulator adopts special design, the manipulator will take the animal material forward when the manipulator is forward, and the manipulator will not bring back the material when the manipulator is back.
5, the tank body is equipped with overflow filter device. After filtering the floating impurities, the water pump is injected into the tank through the sprinkler head to save circulation effect.
6, kelp washed with sediment in the water, and after the pump cycle, we need to use large nozzle removable sprinkler.
7, when kelp and other materials are discharged, we need to clean up and down the two sides of the water for two times, so as to better achieve the cleaning effect.
8, the equipment will be used for a long time. Some impurities will be attached to the inside of the tank, so it is difficult to clean. Therefore, mesh sieve plate must be used. After the sieve plate is taken out, the lifting part is designed by the slide way, which can be lifted up as a whole and convenient for cleaning the inner grooves.
9, there is a Vientiane steering wheel in the tank body to facilitate the movement of the equipment.
